Time for Rotary
Recruitment is a struggle for all Rotary Clubs. Starting with research of current and non-members, we determined that TIME was the central theme; current members gave of their time, while non-members felt they had no time to give. We developed TimeForRotary.com to navigate as a conversation, which also included customized online recruitment tools for members. The result was an idea praised internationally, and licensed by other Clubs as far away as South Australia and New South Wales.
